How to Use

1. Clean and dry the skin where you want to apply the massager.
2. Remove the protective film from the gel pad.
3. Place the butterfly pad firmly on the desired body area (neck, shoulder, back, arm, thigh, calf, etc.).
4. Press the Power button to turn it on.
5. Press the Mode/Program button to select a massage pattern.
6. Adjust the intensity using the + (INC) and – (DEC) buttons until comfortable.
7. Use for about 10–15 minutes per session.
8. Turn off the device after use and reapply the protective film to the gel pad if provided.
