Step 1

Attach the round control unit to the massage pad.

• Align the metal snaps on the back of the controller with the metal connectors on the butterfly-shaped pad.
  
• Press firmly until it clicks into place.
  

Step 2

Secure the controller.

• Make sure the controller is fully connected to the pad.
  
• The buttons should face outward so you can operate the device.
  

Step 3

Charge the device.

• Connect the charging cable to the controller's charging port.
  
• Charge it fully before first use (usually indicated by a charging light or display).
  

Step 4

Remove the protective film.

• Peel off the transparent plastic sheet covering the white gel surface.
  
• The white gel acts as the adhesive electrode that sticks to your skin and conducts the electrical pulses.
